Cookie policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The only thing that would set cookies is the embedded YouTube player, and it does not load until you allow it.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, usually so it can recognise you on a later visit. Related technologies such as local storage do a similar job. Under UK law, anything that is not strictly necessary to deliver the page needs your consent before it is set.

What this site stores

NameTypePurposeLasts
cd-consent-v1 Local storage Remembers whether you allowed or declined third-party embeds, so you are not asked on every visit. Holds no identifier and is never sent anywhere. Until you clear your browser data

That is the entire list.

The YouTube embed

The worship section can show a YouTube player. YouTube sets its own cookies for playback preferences and measurement as soon as it loads, which is why the player is replaced by a placeholder until you choose to load it — either by allowing embeds in the banner, or by pressing the button on the placeholder itself.

Decline, and no request is ever made to YouTube. You can still watch the same videos by following the link out to the channel, where YouTube’s own policies apply.

Changing your mind

Choose Cookie settings in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and change your answer. Clearing your browser data for this site also resets it, and you will be asked again on your next visit.
